If you come across an unfamiliar word, do you stop and look it up right away?

No, most of the time I can figure out the meaning of a word by the rest of the content of the paragraph of the book. However if I cant figure out a word just by reading then I will after I finish reading look to see what it means. I hardly ever stop reading just to know a word, I will mentally note it and then look it up when Im done.
